Carrie Low’s case before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia is as much about the survivors of sexual assault as it is about her own quest for justice.
“Having lived through the process of going through the police process it has been difficult and I want to make changes for survivors,” said Low, who first reported being the victim of a violent sexual assault to the Halifax Regional Police on May 19, 2018.
