Employment & Education

We work with women, girls, non-binary, and gender diverse individuals in rebuilding their lives through innovative programs that support access to employment and education. Our mission is to foster a world where all who experience or who have experienced criminalization are provided with the necessary support to thrive and become who they want to be.

Our employment and education services are designed to support both individuals and employers. We provide tailored guidance and resources to clients, while also working directly with employers to build inclusive, supportive workplaces.
