Short-Term Housing Support

We provide short-term housing through Holly House, our transition home in Dartmouth; and Hannah House, our second-stage housing facility in the west end of Halifax. Through both facilities, we provide our clients with comfortable, supportive, safe housing, combined with access to wrap-around services that are are essential to their healing, personal empowerment, success, and community reintegration.

Long-Term Housing Support

Residential support services to help secure permanent housing for individuals involved with the criminal justice system. The role of housing support aims to improve outcomes and restore the lives of those impacted by incarceration.
